Jade Forest is the first zone, and the entry point for the Alliance and the Horde. It features lush rainforests and stone towers, and introduces players to Hozen and Jinyu race.

Along with the normal auction, the auction house is located in the northern region of the Valley of the Four Winds is called Stair veiled. Unlike the controlled player auction house, the auction house is controlled by the NPC who posted items, usually rare status or who have been removed from the game in the previous expansion. Both Horde and Alliance can use the black market auction house.
